Beetle Mania!

This morning I was getting a second helping of Verbal Stew. Jellybean posted about this super cutie beetle ... and guess what - its PINK!! As soon as my eyes gobled up all the goodness, I ran directly for Beetle Mania! by Furia Freeloader.

Way worth the $500L just for the pink factor alone ... but I never owned a car in SL. When I say totally worth it - its WAY WORTH IT! I took my good friend Gracie Jessop out for a spin this afternoon on the Pontiac sim. We giggled the entire way around the track at my horrible driving skills!! What day wouldn't be complete if I didn't have Battered Boudiour on my body! *giggle*
And of course, I had to plug my friend, Bannock Ogg's, radio station - Renegade Radio - which is headquartered on the Pontiac sim. Mount Aurora Artists Village East

This morning, my friend, GM Nikolaidis, brought me to see his art gallery (GMP Photography) and discuss future business plans. While there he showed me this beautifully designed sim, Breeze. Mount Aurora Artists Village East is a soothing setting to watch stunning sunsets, browse amazing art studios and really just get lost in the details and textures.

Punk or Grunge

Lately I have been in this punk-grunge mood. Whatever you want to call it ... I am so lovin' this new look. I can't remmy the last time that I have been so addicted to a certain style. Could this be my new look for fall?!

Ana Lutetia posted on her site boots by Shiny Things. (I haven't been to that store since starting in SL!) Since buying the boots, they haven't left my feet! Yes I know its summer and I should be enjoying the vibrant colors and shorts.

Lately, I enjoyed buying white hair with blackened tips, muted colors, and full upper body tattoos. A first for me is what I fondly called Metal for My Mouth... which means for everyone else - lip piercings.

Deviant Kitties helped stir my addiction ... and of course all the yummy items from Battered Boudoir that Eloria dropped on my earlier this week.

Midsummer's Dream

I usually go exploring myself ... stopping every so often to take in some of the views and take pics. In the early morning hours, I found myself watching the sunset in Midsummer's Dream. This sim is not only gorgeous and filled with secret cuddle nooks but the atmosphere is set by the soothing ambient music. A great place to be by yourself or take that loved one to snuggle...

Keepin' Warm

Steves suprised me with a relaxing moment... we shared a cup of hot coco and snuggled. Now this is the way to spend time with my guy. You're the best!!

Cocololo Island

A friend of mine told me about this beautiful resort. He told me to take someone special and plan to stay for a long time. I had this LM for weeks now. Today was the day I decided to explore ... and perhaps tonight take that special guy in my Slife.

Cocololo island has so many amenities which includes a spa, wedding chapel and reception hall. On my short scouting expedition to the island, I found myself enjoying the smooth music and the mellow atmosphere as I reclined in the water or was set a drift in a lagoon.

Going beyond the peaceful setting, there is a club, scuba diving area, public beach and bar. Truely this will keep one busy for hours or lovers content for the afternoon or evening.

Calleta's Hobo Railroad Infohub

After seeing Orhalla yesterday, I decided to check out his profile. First I was impressed not only by his look but the backstory I found on his profile. Then I saw the Calleta's Hobo Railroad Infohub that he created. I decided to trapse over to check it out myself. I was throughly impressed!! Tons of great information and a truely well designed and well planned themed sim.
